Phumelele Ngubane is the visionary force behind Bridge of Hope Development Centre, founded in 2012 to uplift and empower communities through education, mentorship, and opportunity. With an academic background in Policy, Psychology, and Project Management, and professional experience in business consulting, research, and public participation, Phumelele blends strategic leadership with deep compassion for people.
Armed with a Masters Degree in Social Science she has dedicated her life to unlocking doors for youth, women, and families in the Northern Natal Region—helping them rise above limitations and embrace their full potential. Under her guidance, Bridge of Hope has launched life-changing initiatives in education, entrepreneurship, global job access, and relationship development.

Selina is a dynamic life coach and strategist with over 12 years of leadership in events, marketing, PR, and community development. As a seasoned program designer and founder of the Institute of Simplicity, she has empowered thousands of youth and women across South Africa through transformational coaching, enterprise training, and personal development.
At Bridge of Hope, Selina leads the daily operations, strategic vision and execution of high-impact programs and events—from empowerment seminars to donor engagements. Her exceptional skills in planning, stakeholder relations, and creative facilitation help bring the Centre’s mission to life with excellence and heart.

Yuresha is a practicing attorney with a strong foundation in family law, mediation, and social justice. She serves on the Newcastle Crisis Centre committee and is a Small Claims Court Commissioner, where she champions access to justice for underserved communities.
At Bridge of Hope, she brings essential legal oversight, mentorship, and advocacy—ensuring the Centre operates with integrity and legal strength.

Dr. Mthethwa is a seasoned medical doctor and public servant with over 15 years of clinical, emergency, and public health leadership experience—spanning South Africa and military health operations across Africa. He currently serves in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature, where he advocates for equitable health policies and systemic transformation.
At Bridge of Hope, he provides strategic insight into health-conscious community programming, policy engagement, and public sector collaboration.

With more than 12 years of experience in teaching and 6 years as a Senior Education Specialist at Majuba TVET College, Lungile Mngomezulu is a champion for education, mental wellness, and people-centered leadership. She holds advanced qualifications in Human Resource Management, Education, and Public Management, and is a recognized advocate for employee health and wellness.
At Bridge of Hope, Lungile shapes educational programs and wellness strategies that nurture sustainable growth in individuals and communities.

Mrs. Fikile Ntanzi is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in the teaching profession. Her deep passion for education, mentorship, and holistic development has impacted generations of learners and inspired countless families.
As the Director of Educational Development at Bridge of Hope Development Centre, Mrs. Ntanzi provides strategic guidance on learning programs, family-focused workshops, and community training initiatives. Her insights help shape the Centre’s educational approach—ensuring it remains relevant, empowering, and rooted in values that restore dignity and promote lifelong growth.
